High Speed Flat Bread Bagger

KLR.5051

A higher throughput version of our unique approach to flat bread bagging. The 5051 carries on the retracting plate concept for efficient bagging and evolves the function and user experience. Among the new features are operator side bag loading, wider product adjustability range and bag offset adjustment.

From corn and flour tortillas to pitas, naan, and lavash, the KLR.5051 retract system can be configured to meet the requirements of a wide range of flatbread products.

Scoop options

A variety of scoop options are available to meet the specific requirements of different flatbread bagging applications. Once the product reaches the bottom of the bag, a set of antennas flattens the bag to ensure a better sealing process.

Bag loading system

Unlike its predecessor, the KLR.5051 features a continuous-motion bag loading mechanism located on the operator side. Operators no longer need to walk around the machine to load bags, improving accessibility and efficiency.
