From a single line of bagels, the machine automatically distributes the product into multiple rows, ensuring maximum bagging capacity.

The system waits until all rows are filled with bagels, then precisely feeds the rotary servo with the correct quantity of product. Capable of handling up to 50 packs per minute, the system processes up to 300 bagels per minute when packaging 6 bagels per pack.

The chute can be customized to match your product specifications, maximizing performance. As an option, it can also be configured to bag English muffins, typically accommodating up to 8 rows.

Bags are inflated as the product drops into the basket. An air blower holds the bagels in place while the pushers begin their forward motion. Two alternating pushers maximize efficiency and ensure continuous operation.
